Shipping Policy for Nuvala

1. Overview

Nuvala offers both digital sewing patterns and physical printed patterns.
This Shipping Policy explains how each type of product is delivered, how long delivery takes, and what customers can expect after placing an order.

This policy applies to all Nuvala product tiers:
Nuvala Essential, Nuvala Africa, and Nuvala Gold.

 

 2. Digital Products (Instant Download)

All digital sewing patterns are delivered electronically as PDF files.

Delivery Method

  • After checkout, customers receive an instant download link via email.

  • Files may also be accessible through the customer account (if applicable).

  • No physical items will be shipped for digital purchases.

Delivery Time

  • Digital files are available immediately once payment is confirmed.

  • If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, customers should check their spam/junk folder.

Download Support

If a customer experiences issues downloading their files, they can contact us at nuvalapatterns@gmail.com with the:

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

We will resend the files within 1-2 working days.

 

3. Physical Products (Printed Patterns & Merchandise)

If a customer purchases a physical pattern or any physical Nuvala product, the following terms apply:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 working days.

  • During launches, holidays, or high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

  • Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

  • All physical orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK: 2–5 working days

4. Delivery Issues for Physical Items

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel appears delayed:

  • Customers should allow the full estimated delivery window

  • Then contact us for assistance

We will help track the parcel or arrange a solution where appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect physical product:

  • They must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide the order number and a photo of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

5. No Shipping for Digital Patterns

For digital products:

  • No shipping fees apply

  • No physical items will be posted

  • Refunds cannot be issued once the digital file has been downloaded

This applies to Essential, Africa, and Gold digital pattern purchases.
